Dr. Glynnis Zieman is medical director of the Brain Injury & Sports Neurology Center, plus a neurologist in the Lewis Headache Center of Barrow Neurological Institute.  She will speak to us concerning her current job, including her work as NFL sideline neurotrauma consultant and ASU sideline neurological coverage.

This club meeting will be a Club Business Meeting.

This evening will be our Annual Foundation Dinner, highlighting the excellent The Rotary Foundation and Sun Lakes 2000 Foundation and will be held in the Saguaro Room of the Cottonwood Country Club.

30th Annual Golf Tournament!!!   This will be the biggest and best yet.

Janet McDonald will introduce Tim Jackson, a 30+ year automotive executive, who will address “Future of Mobility”, a look at the past, present and future of personal mobility.

Peter Meade will introduce Haydn Janus, General Manager of the Majestic Chandler 9 movie theater, updating us on recent events there.

During this club meeting we will have our Annual Four-Way Test Speech Contest with a student form each of the six Chandler High Schools participating.  It is our 10^th contest, with Arizona College Prep, Basha, Casteel, Chandler, Hamilton, and Perry high schools competing.

On this day we will have our Spring Picnic at Sisk Park in Palo Verde.

For this meeting the Cottonwood/Palo Verde HOA Manager Steve Hardesty will update us on issues and events in the HOA.

TC Conrad of Ascendants Motorcycle Club will highlight their upcoming “Be the Miracle” fundraiser.

Hanna Hamideh, owner of Precious Elements, will share with us her jewelry designing process. Also speaking will be Dawn Garza, Executive Director of Lily's Pad, who will provide an overview of her organization's services

Louis Sikich, the Chandler Scheels’ Store Leader, will update us on his recent store opening and its progress as well as announce that Scheels is becoming a Corporate Sponsor with us!

The Sandy Lundberg Educator of the Year competition will be held at this Rotary Club Meeting.

Jen Hewitt, the Executive Director of the Chandler Education Foundation (CEF), is our speaker.  CEF ignites the power of community fundraising to fuel access, innovation, and excellence within the Chandler Unified School District.

Scott Vandermillen, the Director of Community Education for Chandler Unified School District, will be our speaker.  Community Education provides extra-curricular opportunities, daycare, before/afterschool care, summer school, and preschool opportunity to over 20,000 CUSD students throughout the district.

Our very own Ann Diamond will speak to us on the Partnership Conclusion Report, RCSL and Sun Lakes Sew N Sews.

Club Member David Mork will be providing an overview of the FDIC and its role in the recent Banking Crisis.

Theh VMLC is a nonprofit organization that serves as a safety net to AZ Veterans on the verge of crisis.

Lana Berry, CFO of CUSD, will highlight financial issues.
