A beautiful April 22nd afternoon at Chandler Snedigar Park was enjoyed by local Sun Lakes and Chandler residents, kindergarten students from the Strong Foundations Academy, Arizona Rotary District 5495 Leaders, and Sun Lakes Rotarians to help celebrate the planting of a Rotary Peace Tree to be enjoyed for years to come.
Sun Lakes Rotary Community Project Chair, Marge Wright and Committee provided a celebration that included Terri Kimble, Chandler Chamber; Jennifer Pawlik, State Representative; Rustin Reynolds, Earnhardt Auto Centers; Nancy Van Pelt, Arizona Rotary Leadership; Judi Edmonds, Sun Lakes Rotary Club Peace Building Chair; Jon Lyons, Sun Lakes Rotary Club President; and the Strong Foundations Academy Kindergarten Students.
