Behind every Rotary program and project there is a committee as was the case for this successful 27th Annual Golf Tournament held on December 6th. This leadership was shared by Bill Schink and Peter Meade as they watched a great day of 124 Golfers having fun hitting lots of great shots and some bad ones mixed in.
It is a great thing to have a fun day of golf and to also know that this is our Rotary Club’s largest fundraiser. The support that the golfers and sponsors provide make it possible for our Rotary Club to make educational scholarships available to students of Chandler Unified School District and other programs for veterans, vocational scholarships, teacher of the month, polio eradication, clean water on the Navajo Reservation and other programs of community support.
