Born and raised in Phoenix, Patrick has lived, studied, and worked in Arizona for much of his life. Passionate about education since childhood, Patrick earned degrees in Political Science and American History from the University of Arizona. He also holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and a Master's Degree in Secondary Education from Northern Arizona University.

For the past 23 years, Patrick has dedicated his career to ensuring the next generation is positioned to be the best version of themselves. His professional journey has taken him to several Arizona high schools, Arizona State University, Rio Salado Community College, the Arizona Department of Education, and even internationally as a teacher on assignment in Japan.

Patrick believes that when kids are given equitable opportunities and support, they can fulfill their dreams. This passion brought him to Chandler Unified School District as the Coordinator of Workforce Development.

Chris Rossini, Assistant Superintendent Human Resources for CUSD, will discuss her job and hiring issues.
